Review
- First off, we review your application to screen for multiple criteria. If we think you are suitable for the role, we schedule the first interview.
First interview
- During the first interview, we will discuss your motivation for the role and learn more about your work experience. This interview also gives you a better understanding of the role, and allows us to get to know each other better.
Assessment
- When invited for the second interview, we will send out a position-specific assignment to test your knowledge and skills.
Second interview
- During the second interview, we will discuss the outcome of the assignment, and there will be room to answer any remaining questions from both sides.
Offer
- If you are the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role, our HR department will email you the job offer and then give you a call to go over the details.
