What are we gonna do together?
Customer satisfaction is at the centre of MAF’s ethos as a company. In your role as AM you will identify the right profile of advertisers , drive adoption of our mobile adtech platforms & foster lasting relationships with direct brands , media agencies & ad network partners while having the great opportunity to learn and grow his career with us. You will engage at all levels of the platform accounts and within the company with sales, project manager, technology, and operations.
What You will Do:
- Develop the company’s presence worldwide (especially in USA) working closely with the CEO and C-level defining the guidelines and the roadmap for the next years
- Generating leads, negotiate the deal terms and follow up
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, making sure that they receive services that are within their budget
- Represent MAF at industry conferences and events; participate in industry speaking opportunities
- Supporting Campaign Managers by continuous monitoring advertisers KPI”
- Integrating new partners within our platform
- Forming long term partnerships with strategic publishers and advertisers
- Competitive intelligence – identifying trends in the mobile monetization and mobile advertising industry
- Synthesize and articulate client requirements and feedback to help shape our product roadmap
What You will Need:
- 2+ years of experience in ad tech Sales or Business Development
- Affiliate business development skills (2+ years)
- Experience in rewarded & offerwalls
- Deep understanding of the digital and mobile industry
- Ability to work cross functionally with Marketing, Product and Ops teams
- Ability to create and analyze forecasts, and to craft win-win deals that maximize value for both advertiser & publisher side.
- A strong track record selling technical products to mobile app developers
- Strong pre-existing network among mobile developers.
- Strong analytical skillset, including extensive hands on experience in excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trend
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Very fast learner (and addicted to learn), reliable person with unstoppable can-do-attitude
- Fast disaster recovery
- Excellent active listening skills.
The office is based in Imola (BO). We offer a permanent contract. Salary will depend on actual experience and knowledge; we expect total compensation to be indicatively between €40,000 and €50,000.
