What is CPM?

CPM (cost per mille) is a pricing model used in mobile marketing. In this model, the advertiser is charged a certain amount for every 1000 impressions of their ad. 

This pricing model is widely used in mobile advertising because it provides a simple way to determine the cost of ad space. It is particularly popular for campaigns where the goal is to increase visibility and brand awareness.

How to calculate CPM? 

To calculate CPM, divide a campaign’s total cost by the number of impressions, and multiply the result by 1000.

CPM vs eCPM

CPM is closely related to another metric called eCPM. While CPM refers to the advertisers’ costs, eCPM shows the publishers’ earnings per 1000 impressions.
