We are currently looking for a data driven Head of Growth & Monetization to guide an awesome team banded together to lift off a brand new mobile game publishing operation.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Significant experience in growth roles in hypercasual/casual mobile games. Less experienced may be considered as Growth Lead with a clear career path.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable drawing conclusions from data – user acquisition/monetization background is required.
- Solid up-to-date knowledge and understanding of vital metrics and strategies across ever-changing hypercasual space.
- Ability to employ the above-mentioned knowledge to optimize LTVs and guide the team towards positive ROIs via clearly defined, timely goals.
- Good understanding of the trends in the market.
- Good verbal and written command of English language.

Your responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Take part in building the present and future of the project working closely with the C-level, defining the guidelines and the roadmap.
- Guide and mentor the team towards success; Excellent grasp of industry specific metrics, ability to extract relevant data to use in decision making will be expected to carry out this task efficiently.
- Defining quarterly ROI-first goals, and being accountable for their realization.
